Warranty Policy

 

All parts purchased from Addax Computer Network Ltd. have a warranty according to below:

 

1.      Warranty provider for:

a.       OEM products have a 1 year warranty from Addax or 1 year warranty from manufacturer.

b.      Laptops and PDA have a 1 – 2 year warranty from the manufacturer.

c.       LCDs, printers, speakers, retail box items, etc. have a 2 week warranty from Addax and from 1 – 3 year warranty from the manufacturer.

2.      All products eligible for a warranty must have:

a.       No physical damage from customer or through intermediate (ie. Shipping).

 

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

 

All components eligible for a return or an exchange must be presented to Addax within 7 days of the original invoice date.  The product must have no defects and in original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

 

No special orders can be returned.

 

 

Shipping

 

The customer is responsible for all payment of shipping fees to and from Addax.  Addax is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping.  The customer is responsible for dealing with the courier service for all delayed deliveries, lost packages, etc.
